Order Placement - Once you place your Impression Necklace order, we will send you a wax kit with detailed instructions.

Taking the Impression/s - Follow the instructions to create the perfect fingerprint impression. Our special wax can be heated multiple times until you achieve the perfect size, shape and impression that you are after. The way your wax is sent back to us, is as it will look once casted.
Already have an ink print or print of a loved one? Simply reach out and we can laser engrave directly onto a raw piece of shaped metal of your choice.

Returning the Wax Kit - After you're satisfied with the impression, place it back in the provided envelope and send it back to our studio.

Crafting Your Necklace - Once we receive your wax kit, we will craft your necklace and ship it to you via express shipping.

Delivery - Our turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. Each parcel requires a signature upon delivery.

9k Solid Gold: Offers enduring beauty and durability, suitable for daily wear and will not tarnish, making it ideal for cherished heirlooms.

925 Sterling Silver: Our Silver pieces are timeless.

18k Gold Plated: Features specialized electroplating for superior quality. However, natural oxidation and wear will occur over time. For a more durable piece, we recommend a Solid Gold option.

Chain: Our adjustable double link chain necklaces are meticulously crafted in Italy. They are included in the price of your pendant. The chain is 42cm at the shortest and adjusting to 45cm at the longest length.

Customization: You have full creative control over the final appearance of your piece, including options for single or double-sided impressions at no extra cost. If you are not happy with the first wax impression take, simply reheat your wax again and again until you get the perfect print. We recommend getting the wax very soft and malleable, like a play dough like consistency.

Engraving: Optional back engraving is included. You can request initials, short phrases, special dates or names during checkout.

Size Options: Available in Small (10mm), Medium (13mm), and Large (17mm). Measurements are approximations only and will depend on the amount of pressure when pushing down onto the wax.

Lead Time: The crafting process takes approximately 3-4 weeks.

International Shipping: You are welcome to purchase from our Impression Collection, however you will be required to organise the postage of your wax kit back to us at your own cost. Our studio address will be included in your kit.

We encourage you to take your time, review the wax impression thoroughly, and make any necessary adjustments or modifications before sending it back to us.

Our 9k Solid gold pieces offer enduring beauty and durability, suitable for daily wear without the need for frequent maintenance. They are made to be worn and will not tarnish. In contrast, our 18k gold-plated items undergo an extra step, with each piece undergoing specialized electroplating to ensure a superior quality plating. Nevertheless, it's important to note that all 18k gold-plated pieces will naturally experience gradual wear over time. For sentimental jewelry that can become a cherished heirloom passed down through generations, we strongly recommend considering the 9k solid gold option.

We suggest that when placing an order for 3 or more pendants, on one chain, in Medium or Large sizing, to consider upgrading to a thicker chain. Although our standard chains are crafted for durability and security, choosing a thicker chain will enhance the strength and longevity of configurations featuring 3 or more pendants.
