Care Instructions:

To ensure the longevity and quality of your Keepsake piece(s) please follow the following steps:

  • Avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes, lotions etc.

  • Store your Keepsake pieces out of direct sunlight, preferably in the Keepsake Pouch that came with your item(s) or in a cool dark place away from sunlight, heat, and moisture.

  • Keep away from water and moisture and remove pieces before showering, swimming, and sleeping.

  • Water or a jewellery cleaner are NOT to be used to clean your pieces.

Discontinue to wear pieces immediately if you/your child experience any allergic symptoms, and consult your doctor or physician as soon as possible. Keepsake Baby Co understands that some users may experience an allergic reaction to certain types of metals. We strongly advise that users with sensitive reactions be fully aware. We will not be held accountable for any allergic reactions experienced, and do not offer any refunds or exchanges in these situations due to hygiene reasons. 

If placing in reach of an infant/child, please do so at your own discretion. Children/infants must be supervised at all times when wearing their Keepsakes. 

The colours/textures of the charms on this site may appear slightly different in reality due to our photography lighting or variance in display screen colours on devices such as mobiles or computers. At Keepsake Baby Co we make all efforts to accurately display the photos and descriptions of our products, including colours, shapes and sizes as accurately as possible.

Our Keepsake Baby Co pins are costume jewellery, and will experience tarnish and oxidation due to several external factors such as contact with moisture, air and chemicals. Oxidation is inevitable with all costume jewellery, and is considered a natural occurring process that cannot be considered a fault. Please take the time to read our care instructions to ensure the longevity of your Keepsake Pins.
