Refund policy

All sales from Keepsake Baby Co are final at the time of checkout. In the best interest of hygiene and protection, Keepsake Baby Co does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind and reserves the right to repair or replace the pieces after they have been assessed for faults.

Quality control is conducted prior to order dispatch, and exchange or refund will only be issued if the pieces purchased are of genuine fault and are considered defective. For faults or defects, please contact us via our email keepsakebabyco@gmail.com with your order number, an image of the faulty item, and the reason for return.
